@CaptSquid I'm not suggesting "removing" the highest prices. I'm saying DISPLAY more low prices. All gasbuddy is doing is extracting data from a sorted list.

Consider this: If you remove the highest prices, then part of the truncated list would then shift to the higher price side. This process would continue until NO prices existed. Also, what would you have to compare the low prices against?

It may not be illegal to charge more for using a credit card, but it IS in violation of the merchants agreement with the credit card companies to pass on the fees to the consumer.
