Hello Grouch311, Thanks for posting gas prices, on Gas Buddy.com. However, you are confusing some people, in East Peoria. You are accidentally misreading the gas prices, at the Phillips 66 staion, on Springfield Rd. The gas price on their marquee sign, is their "plus", or mid-grade gas price. They post their mid grade price, because it is the cheapest, & it contains Ethanol. They charge more for their Regular gas, because it is Ethanol free. Their Premium gas used to be Ethanol free, but now it "may" contain up to 10% Ethanol. Thanks again for helping out, on Gas Buddy.com. Jeff -Blue48
